    Works great!

    Love that I have a handy tool to help me with loading and unloading weights. Always struggled. This makes things faster and safer for me. Water stays cold! It’s pretty heavy, but makes sense it has to be, in order to be solid and stable.

    My Must-Have Gym Accessory

    I use the Karta bottle exclusively. Not only is it irreplaceable for setting up hip thrusts, it keeps my water super cold for so long! I love it and always show it off to people. The lid has really held up too.

    Makes hip thrust set up loads easier

    Setting up hip thrusts is the bane of my life. It adds so much time to my workout when my time is limited.

    So far I've only used this once, but the process was so much easier and quicker. Loads of people were watching as I was setting it up, clearly fascinated by the idea.

    Don't have deadlifts on my plan currently but I'm sure the same will apply.

    Keeps my drink super cold.
